I’m Callie, founder of AFIRE ACTIVE.
I offer 1-on-1 virtual wellness coaching with individualized plans designed specifically for your goals. This includes one call per month where we discuss all things wellness, including your sleep, exercise, and overall well-being. Each month, you will track your wellness habits and we will reflect on them in your monthly call and set new goals for the next month.
This coaching includes a personalized workout plan tailored to your specific goals.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

Before you get started, we’ll talk through your ideal workout plan, the factors currently holding you back, and what we’ll do to ensure you reach your goals. During this call, we’ll discuss ALL things wellness: fitness, sleep, nutrition, recovery, habits, time-management, work-life balance, etc. and choose three habits you want to implement over the next 4 weeks.

After our introductory call, I will create a personalized workout plan for the next 4 weeks. This will be catered to your workout environment and equipment (gym vs. home) and your goals. Throughout the month, you will also work on and track the three wellness habits we chose in your introductory call.

After each month, we will have a check-in call to discuss your wins and struggles throughout the month, how your overall wellness journey is going, and what our plan for the upcoming month will be. After this call, I will create and send your next month’s workouts.
