MEET YOUR COACH
I am Callie Hamm, a personal trainer and passionate advocate for women’s health and wellness. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with my bachelor’s degree in health sciences and my master’s degree in public health, with research in both exercise science and women’s health.
I have always had a deep desire to help others improve their quality of life. I believe wellness is meant to be well-rounded and can be improved through a combination of movement, improved habits, nourishing foods, sleep, and recovery.

We help women strengthen their minds and bodies without aggressive dieting and exercise. We believe exercise should be enjoyable and that women deserve time to prioritize themselves each day.
